This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on truenourishofficial.com, operated by True Nourish Global LLC (trading as True Nourish).
Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- Other countries: estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, and any free shipping offer that applies to your order, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient. If you have any question about charges for your order, please contact us before placing it.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to the address you gave us, or to a safe place or person you nominated. If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at contactus@truenourishofficial.com with your order number and, if the order is damaged, photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
